앱에서 삭제하기
로그인 → 마이페이지 → 회원탈퇴 → 대문자 DELETE 입력 → 탈퇴하기를 선택하세요. 동의를 갱신하지 않은 계정도 동의 화면에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 고객센터 연락 없이 앱에서 신청할 수 있습니다.
삭제되는 정보
계정과 로그인 세션, 직접 만든 추억·QR·미디어, 문의와 동의 기록이 삭제됩니다. 운영 중인 방은 방장 탈퇴 시 삭제하고 일반 참여자는 방에서 제거합니다. 탈퇴자의 이름·목소리·글이 포함된 함께담기 완성본은 서비스에서 전체 삭제되며 다른 참여자 보관함은 동기화 시 정리됩니다. Apple 로그인 연결 해제도 처리합니다.
즉시 회수할 수 없는 사본
다른 사람이 사진 보관함·파일 앱 등에 다운로드한 사본과 아직 동기화하지 않은 기기의 사본은 즉시 회수할 수 없습니다. Google Cloud Storage 복구용 파일 사본은 최대 7일, 일반 운영 로그는 30일, 필수 감사 로그는 400일 보관될 수 있습니다. 이러한 정보는 원래 추억 재생을 복구하는 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
접속이 어려운 경우
앱에 접속할 수 없으면 yoonhyung9775@gmail.com로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인을 거쳐 처리합니다. 이메일에 암호나 로그인 토큰, 신분증 원본을 보내지 마세요.
Account Deletion

Delete in the app
Sign in → My page → Delete account → type DELETE in uppercase → confirm deletion. Accounts awaiting renewed consent can also delete from the consent screen. No support contact is required to request deletion in the app.
What is deleted
Your account and sessions, owned memories, QR links and media, inquiries and consent records are removed. Hosted rooms are deleted and ordinary members are removed from rooms. Finished Together memories containing the departing account’s name, voice or writing are removed in full, with other participants’ collections updated on synchronization. Apple sign-in revocation is also processed.
Copies and retained logs
External downloads and copies on devices that have not synchronized cannot be recalled immediately. Storage recovery copies may remain up to 7 days, ordinary logs 30 days and required audit logs 400 days. These records are not used to restore deleted memories for playback.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app, request deletion at yoonhyung9775@gmail.com. We verify ownership using only necessary information. Do not email passwords, sign-in tokens or original identity documents.
