1. 운영자와 처리 목적
남윤형은 DearVoice를 운영합니다. 회원 식별과 계정 관리, 사진·목소리 추억 저장과 QR 재생, 함께담기 방 운영과 완성본 전달, 문의·신고 대응 및 보안을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.
2. 처리하는 정보
가입·로그인: Google 또는 Apple 계정 고유 식별자, 이메일(Apple 비공개 이메일 포함), 로그인 제공자가 전달한 이름과 이용자가 정한 표시 이름. 서비스 이용: 선택한 사진, 녹음 파일·길이·파형, 추억 제목·문구·날짜·장소 등 직접 작성한 내용, 꾸미기 정보, 암호의 해시, 타임캡슐 공개 시각, 방 참여·완료·강퇴 정보. 동의: 문서 버전, 동의 항목·언어·시각. 문의: 내용과 이용자가 제공한 연락처. 운영: 요청 시각·경로, IP 주소, User-Agent와 오류·감사 기록. Apple 연결 해제용 토큰은 별도로 암호화하여 보관합니다.
3. 수집 방법·필요한 동의
로그인 제공자, 이용자의 입력·업로드, 서비스 운영 과정에서 정보를 받습니다. 필수 수집·이용과 국외 이전에 대한 내용을 동의 전에 안내하며 동의를 거부하면 클라우드 계정 생성과 이용이 제한됩니다. 사진과 마이크 권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 요청합니다. 권한을 거부하면 해당 기능만 제한됩니다. 전화번호·주소록·실시간 위치를 요청하지 않으며, 입력한 장소는 위치 추적 정보가 아닙니다.
4. 보유 기간
계정·추억·방 정보와 동의 기록은 계정 또는 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. Apple 연결 해제가 일시적으로 실패하면 계정 정보 없이 암호화된 연결 해제용 토큰만 재시도를 위해 보관하며, 완료 시 삭제하거나 7일을 기준으로 자동 삭제합니다. 자동 삭제 반영에 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 문의·신고는 답변과 필요한 조치가 끝나면 삭제하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 계정에 연결된 문의도 삭제합니다. 일반 서버 로그는 30일, Google Cloud의 필수 감사 로그는 400일 보관됩니다. 파일 삭제 후 Google Cloud Storage의 복구용 소프트 삭제 사본이 최대 7일 남을 수 있으며 일반 서비스에서는 접근할 수 없습니다. 법령상 별도 보존 의무가 발생하면 근거와 기간을 안내하고 필요한 정보만 분리 보관합니다.
5. QR와 함께담기 공개 범위
암호가 없는 QR 링크는 링크를 가진 사람이 사진·작성한 글·녹음과 표시 이름을 볼 수 있습니다. 암호는 접근을 제한하고 타임캡슐은 정한 날까지 목소리 재생을 제한합니다. 타임캡슐 사진과 글은 먼저 보일 수 있습니다. 함께담기에서는 방 참여자가 사진·글·이름·녹음과 작업 상태를 보고, 배포한 완성본은 참여자 보관함에 저장됩니다. 본인의 정보를 공유할 권한이 있는지 확인하고 다른 사람의 얼굴·목소리·글을 올릴 때 필요한 허락을 받아 주세요. 외부로 다운로드·공유된 파일은 회수할 수 없습니다. 운영 목적의 위탁을 제외한 판매·광고 목적의 제3자 제공은 하지 않습니다.
6. 처리 위탁
Google LLC(Google Cloud)에 Cloud Run 서버 운영, Firestore 데이터 저장, Cloud Storage 파일 저장, Cloud Logging 로그 처리를 위탁합니다. Google과 Apple은 이용자가 선택한 로그인 수단을 제공하며 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 해당 인증 과정에 적용됩니다. 수탁자는 위탁 업무 수행에 필요한 기간 동안 정보를 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보 국외 이전
이전받는 자: Google LLC, 연락처 https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form. 계정·콘텐츠·방·동의·문의 정보는 미국의 Firestore nam5와 Storage US-CENTRAL1에 저장됩니다. 서버는 한국 서울 asia-northeast3에서 실행되며 접속·오류·감사 로그는 Google Cloud의 global 로그 저장소에서 처리됩니다. 이전 항목은 위 2항의 계정·업로드·서비스·동의·문의·운영 정보입니다. 이용 시 암호화된 네트워크를 통해 전송되어 인증·저장·공유·운영·보안 목적으로 처리됩니다. 보관 기간은 위 4항과 같습니다. 가입 전에 국외 이전 내용을 별도로 안내하고 동의를 받습니다. 동의를 거부하거나 철회할 수 있으나 클라우드 기반 서비스 이용이 제한되며, 철회는 회원 탈퇴 또는 개인정보 문의를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 삭제와 탈퇴
앱의 마이페이지 → 회원탈퇴에서 DELETE를 입력하면 계정과 해당 계정의 추억·문의·동의 기록을 삭제합니다. 방장이면 운영 중인 방도 삭제하고, 일반 참여자는 방에서 제거합니다. 탈퇴자의 이름·목소리·글이 포함된 함께담기 완성본은 서비스에서 전체 삭제하며, 다른 참여자의 앱 보관함 사본은 서버와 동기화될 때 정리됩니다. 외부 다운로드 파일과 아직 동기화되지 않은 기기의 사본을 즉시 회수할 수는 없습니다. 로그인 세션을 무효화하고 Apple 로그인 연결 해제를 처리합니다. 전자 정보는 서비스에서 사용할 수 없도록 삭제하며 복구용 파일 사본은 위 4항의 기간 이후 소멸합니다.
9. 이용자 권리와 연락처
개인정보 보호책임자: 남윤형. 연락처: yoonhyung9775@gmail.com. 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이름과 콘텐츠는 앱에서 수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 그 외 요청은 이메일로 보내 주세요. 본인 또는 대리인 여부를 필요한 최소 정보로 확인한 뒤 법정 기한 내 처리하고 결과를 안내합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
10. 가입 연령
DearVoice 계정은 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만의 회원 가입과 녹음 업로드를 허용하지 않습니다. 가입 조건에 맞지 않는 계정을 발견하면 이용을 중지하고 관련 개인정보를 삭제합니다. 앱스토어 콘텐츠 연령 등급은 이 가입 조건과 별개입니다.
11. 보호 조치·추적
HTTPS 통신, 서버에서 검증한 계정별 접근 제한, 암호 해시, 별도 저장한 암호·인증 정보, 최소한의 운영자 접근 권한으로 정보를 보호합니다. 광고 SDK·광고 식별자·앱 간 추적을 사용하지 않으며, 사진과 목소리를 생체 식별이나 AI 학습 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 웹은 광고·분석용 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.
12. 피해 구제·변경
개인정보침해신고센터 118(privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회 1833-6972(kopico.go.kr)에 상담을 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 방침은 2026년 10월 4일부터 적용됩니다. 중요한 변경은 앱과 공개 페이지로 안내하고 법령상 필요한 경우 다시 동의를 받습니다.

1. Operator and purposes
DearVoice is operated by Yunhyung Nam (남윤형). We process personal data for account management, photo and voice memories, QR playback, Together rooms and delivery of finished memories, support, content reports and security.
2. Data we process
Sign-in: Google or Apple account identifier, email (including Apple relay email), provider-supplied name and your chosen display name. Features: selected photos, recordings, duration and waveform, memory title, captions, dates, optional location text, decorations, password hashes, capsule opening time and room participation/completion/removal information. Consent: document version, items, language and server timestamp. Support: your message and contact details you provide. Operation: request time/path, IP address, User-Agent, error and audit logs. Apple revocation tokens are stored separately in encrypted form.
3. Collection and consent
Data comes from your sign-in provider, your input/uploads and service operation. Required collection/use and international transfer notices appear before consent. Refusing these prevents cloud account registration and use. Photo and microphone permissions are requested when needed; refusing a permission limits that feature. We do not request your phone number, contacts or live location. Location text you enter is not GPS tracking.
4. Retention
Account, memory, room and consent records are retained until the account or applicable content is deleted. If Apple unlinking temporarily fails, only an encrypted revocation token, without account details, is retained for retry. It is removed on success or scheduled for automatic deletion after 7 days; automatic deletion can take additional time. Support/report records are deleted after the response and necessary action are completed; account-linked inquiries are also deleted upon account deletion. Ordinary server logs are retained for 30 days and Google Cloud required audit logs for 400 days. Storage soft-delete recovery copies may remain for up to 7 days after file deletion and are unavailable through the service. If a legal retention obligation applies, we disclose its basis and duration and retain only the required data separately.
5. QR and Together sharing
Anyone with an unprotected QR link can access its photos, text, recordings and display names. Passwords restrict access; capsules restrict voice playback until the opening time, while photos and text may be visible earlier. Room participants can see photos, text, names, recordings and progress. Published finished memories are saved to participants’ collections. Share only content you are entitled to share and obtain necessary permission for other people’s faces, voices and writing. Files downloaded or shared outside the service cannot be recalled. We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for advertising.
6. Service providers
Google LLC (Google Cloud) processes data for Cloud Run hosting, Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Logging. Google and Apple provide the sign-in methods you choose and their own privacy policies apply to their authentication services. Providers process data for the period necessary to perform the contracted services.
7. International transfers
Recipient: Google LLC, contact https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form. Account, content, room, consent and support data are stored in the United States using Firestore nam5 and Storage US-CENTRAL1. The server runs in Seoul, Korea (asia-northeast3); access/error/audit logs use Google Cloud’s global log location. Transferred data comprises the account, uploaded content, service, consent, support and operational data in section 2. Encrypted network transfers occur during use for authentication, storage, sharing, operation and security. Retention follows section 4. A separate transfer notice and consent precede signup. You may refuse or withdraw, which prevents cloud-based use. Request withdrawal by deleting your account or contacting us.
8. Deletion
In My page → Delete account, type DELETE to remove your account, memories, inquiries and consent records. Hosted rooms are deleted and ordinary members are removed from rooms. Finished Together memories containing a departing member’s name, voice or writing are removed in full from the service; other participants’ in-app collection copies are removed on server synchronization. External downloads and copies on devices that have not synchronized cannot be recalled immediately. Sessions are invalidated and Apple sign-in revocation is processed. Electronic records are deleted from active service access, with recovery copies expiring as described in section 4.
9. Your rights and contact
Privacy contact: Yunhyung Nam (남윤형), yoonhyung9775@gmail.com. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Edit your name or content in the app, or email us for other requests. We verify you or your representative using only necessary information and respond within applicable legal deadlines. A lawful guardian or authorized representative may also make requests.
10. Minimum age
DearVoice accounts and recording uploads are available only to people aged 14 or older. If we learn an account does not meet this condition, we suspend use and delete its personal data. The store’s content age rating is separate from this account eligibility condition.
11. Security and tracking
We use HTTPS, server-verified account access, password hashes, separately stored credentials and restricted operator access. We do not use advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking, or use photos and voices for biometric identification or AI training. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
12. Complaints and changes
For Korean privacy complaints, contact KISA at 118 (privacy.kisa.or.kr) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee at 1833-6972 (kopico.go.kr). This policy takes effect on October 4, 2026. Material changes are announced in the app and on public pages, with renewed consent where required by law.
