이용약관

1. 서비스와 가입
남윤형이 운영하는 DearVoice는 사진에 목소리와 글을 담아 저장하고 QR로 공유하며, 방 참여자가 함께 완성본을 만드는 서비스입니다. 계정 가입과 녹음 업로드는 만 14세 이상만 가능합니다. 본인의 Google·Apple 계정으로 로그인하고 필요한 동의를 완료해야 합니다.
2. 콘텐츠와 이용 권한
사진·녹음·글의 권리는 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 업로드하면 서비스 제공에 필요한 저장·변환·재생·QR 공유·방 참여자에게 완성본 전달을 허용합니다. 운영자는 별도 허락 없이 이를 광고하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다른 사람의 개인정보와 얼굴·목소리, 저작권을 존중하고 공유에 필요한 허락을 받아야 합니다.
3. 공유·암호·타임캡슐
암호가 없는 QR은 링크를 가진 사람이 열 수 있습니다. 링크와 암호를 신중하게 공유해 주세요. 타임캡슐은 공개 시각 전 목소리 재생을 제한하며 사진과 글은 먼저 보일 수 있습니다. 함께담기 완성본은 배포 당시 참여자 모두의 보관함에 전달됩니다. 외부 다운로드 파일은 공유 취소나 탈퇴 후에도 남을 수 있습니다.
4. 방 운영
방장은 사진·공개 설정과 최종 배포를 관리하고 참여자를 강퇴할 수 있습니다. 방장이 운영 중인 방을 나가면 방은 종료되고 참여자도 나가게 됩니다. 일반 참여자는 본인만 나갑니다. 탈퇴자의 정보가 포함된 공동 완성본은 서비스에서 전체 삭제될 수 있으며 이 내용은 탈퇴 전에 안내합니다.
5. 금지 행위와 신고
계정 도용, 다른 사람의 개인정보 무단 공개, 저작권 침해, 불법·성적 착취 콘텐츠, 괴롭힘·위협, 시스템 공격을 금지합니다. 콘텐츠 신고는 마이페이지의 문의·콘텐츠 신고 또는 yoonhyung9775@gmail.com로 추억의 QR 링크와 사유를 보내 주세요. 운영자는 신고를 확인하고 필요한 콘텐츠 차단·삭제 및 계정 제한을 진행합니다. 방에서 원하지 않는 참여자는 강퇴하거나 방을 나갈 수 있습니다.
6. 이용 종료와 서비스 운영
회원탈퇴는 마이페이지에서 직접 신청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 범위와 외부 사본의 한계는 개인정보처리방침과 삭제 안내를 따릅니다. 점검·장애로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있으며 중요한 변경과 종료는 가능한 한 미리 안내합니다. 중요한 원본은 이용자가 별도로 보관해 주세요. 이 조항은 법령상 운영자의 책임이나 이용자의 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
7. 변경·연락처·준거법
이 약관은 2026년 10월 4일부터 적용됩니다. 중요한 변경은 적용 전에 앱과 공개 페이지로 안내하고 필요한 동의를 받습니다. 문의: yoonhyung9775@gmail.com. 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석하되 이용자에게 적용되는 강행법상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Service and eligibility
DearVoice, operated by Yunhyung Nam (남윤형), stores photos with voice and text, shares them through QR links and supports jointly created Together memories. Account registration and recording uploads require a minimum age of 14. Use your own Google/Apple account and complete the required consent.
2. Content and permissions
Content rights remain with their owners. Uploading permits storage, conversion, playback, QR sharing and delivery to room participants as needed to provide the service. We do not sell or advertise with your content without separate permission. Respect other people’s privacy, faces, voices and copyright and obtain necessary sharing permission.
3. Sharing and access controls
Anyone with an unprotected QR link can open it. Share links and passwords carefully. Capsules restrict voice playback before the opening time, while photos/text may be visible earlier. Finished Together memories are delivered to all participants at publication. External downloads may remain after sharing is stopped or an account is deleted.
4. Rooms
Hosts manage photos, access settings, final publication and member removal. Leaving a room as its host closes the active room for everyone; an ordinary member leaves individually. A finished shared memory containing a departing account’s data may be removed in full from the service, as disclosed before account deletion.
5. Prohibited conduct and reports
Account misuse, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, copyright infringement, illegal or sexually exploitative content, harassment, threats and attacks on the service are prohibited. Report content through My page → Support and content reports, or email yoonhyung9775@gmail.com with its QR link and reason. We review reports and take necessary content removal, restriction and account action. Hosts may remove unwanted members and participants may leave rooms.
6. Ending use and operation
You may delete your account in My page. The Privacy Policy and Account Deletion notice describe deletion and external-copy limits. Maintenance or failures can temporarily interrupt service; significant changes or closure are announced in advance where possible. Keep separate copies of important originals. These terms do not exclude statutory operator liability or user rights.
7. Changes, contact and law
These terms take effect on October 4, 2026. Material changes are announced before application and required consent is obtained. Contact: yoonhyung9775@gmail.com. Korean law governs without limiting mandatory rights applicable to you. Disputes are handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
